Cancellations

Blue Sky Counseling Services, PLLC requires a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24- hour notice, you are responsible for the full fee.  Insurance cannot be filed for a missed appointment. This policy is necessary because a commitment is made to hold this time exclusively for you.

Emergencies

If you are experiencing an emergency, you have several options for assistance. If you are in immediate danger or need immediate assistance of any kind, please call 911 or go to your nearest medical hospital emergency department as staff there also provide mental and behavioral health assessments. Holly Hill Hospital in Raleigh, NC, and UNC Wakebrook – Wake County Crisis & Assessment are two additional facilities in the Triangle Area who provide emergency psychiatric evaluation and care without prior appointment.
